Hey guys! Make sure you guys are downloading the right driver! I just typed my product number In the search bar and it was the first thing that popped up!

I had the same problem, here's how I think I fixed mine, I downloaded the 1.07 firmware, did the same steps but in a different USB port (different from original), then I plugged it back to my original and it's working fine. I'm not sure if it works for you guys

After I installed it, it stopped working. The update worked but my keyboard didn’t. I unplugged it then plugged it back in, and now it works!

I installed the firmware just before the latest and it got my keyboard working again

It says a specific keyboard article number next to the firmware update on the website so chances are, for any of you still searching, that you just installed the wrong one which is okay because you can still get the right one to fix it..

i uploaded new firmware just now after 2 years of it sitting aorund. Works fine for me now

I don't know how but I managed to fix it. I installed v1.07 and everything was ok. Then I installed the v1.20 and something went wrong. My keyboard was fully broken. So, I tried to install v1.20 with no success and installed the v1.07 again... And it worked!!!

Hello, let me explain my situation. Before the problem, I accidentally spilled some drink on my keyboard: the ducky one mini 2. I was able to clean above and a little inside, the drink was not on the side of the bar space. However 2h30-3h00 after the "accident". While I was playing my space key became unusable, I tried everything I know, put the driver back, clean the key, reset the keyboard etc. change usb etc. Nothing works, do you have a solution?

hey where did you find the old firmware update

You have to see the P/N under the keyboard and download the firmware for your keyboard specifically. If you download the wrong one it shuts it off. Just fixed it

For anyone with this issue still download the most recent one and then unplug and re plug it should work

Mine doesn’t work, I just got it and I tried this a lot, and when I press D then plug it in nothing happens

I FOUND A FIX!!! So on the other side of your keyboard, there are little switches. Try putting them one way all the way, and if that doesn't work try the other side (Remember to unplug and replug to save changes) Like so others can see. Edit, mine say ECE 1234 on them, and i think they are called ECS switches so look it up if you have to.

So I had exactly the same issue - no lights coming on, PC not even recognising the keyboard when plugged in. Downloaded the 1.09v firmware and pressed D+L and then started the firmware. Installed it. Nothing happened. Then do the same thing again. Unplug the keyboard, open 1.09v, press D+L keys and then plug in again. Install the firmware. Then it seemed to work for me! Good luck guys

Hi everyone- I fixed my "bricked" keyboard by setting all 4 DIP-switches (on the back of the keyboard) to OFF. According to the manual that's the default setting, but on mine they were all set to ON, initially... Hope this helps

Upgrade to the latest firmware and and then put on 1.09, started working straight away

when i got mine it was also semi-bricked, I could type but the rgb was basically broken, I had no control over the rgb. and when I saw ur video I ended up trying to hold both windows buttons and after 5 seconds it worked. maybe you didn't hold it for long enough?

So when you download it will tell you the product number and check in the back it will say P/n and you download that one and mine was working fine and it bricked so i kept installing it until it lit back up

The keyboard does not react in any way when I plug it into the usb, it makes a sound like removing the usb, please help

If this doesn't work for anyone then unplug the cable and turn off those little switches at the back and plug the cable back in again, this worked for me so it should hopefully work for you.

My One 2 Mini wasn’t turning on nor being detected by windows, so what I did was I plugged it into my laptop (I don’t think it has to be a laptop) and I downloaded the second newest firmware. I then unplugged the keyboard. Then I held down the two windows keys while plugging it back in. For some reason this fixed it. It would not reset while plugged in but it did when I plugged it in while holding down the two windows keys. I hope that helps

I have same problem with year of the rat version, suddenly stopped working and tried diff things but nothing.

Ok guys, i fixed my keyboard, by installing not the last firmware but the older one. My Keyboard is "the year of the Rat version" but Windows recognizes it as Ducky One 2 Rgb, so that firmware worked for me, i believe was 1.9 version instead of the 1.22 one.

Just had the same issue, fixed it by holding both windows keys until the keyboard started fashing and then flipping the way the micro usb was plugged in(unplugged it and switched it around)

I actually made the same mistake of downloading the wrong version. First thing I did was go to ease of access to use the on screen keyboard. Then I uninstalled all of my keyboards from device manager . Then I downloaded the correct drivers and install was successful

I had the same issue but I just installed the 1.07 firmware update instead of the 1.20 and now it works again

on everybody who has the problem please download the oldest uptade version an they website and when you have done it with press d+l press start an when its on 100% then take youre cable what connects to the keyboard out and stick it again in the keyboard and then youre keyboard must work again

Just bought the exact same keyboard and just had the exact same issue. So 4 months later I guess it’s not fixed. Sending it back now... Totally ridiculous. Never buying a Ducky product ever again.

Delete all the old downloads check the box for your serial number press download, follow the steps and once you’ve done everything just unplug the keyboard and plug it back in and it should work

Can somebody help me. My keyboard goes into different functions automatically and I can't press anything. but itself lights up

Just happened to me as well. Tried installing the 1.07 firmware for my One 2 Mini RGB and now neither of my PCs even recognize it when it's plugged in. No lights, no nothing. Tried the same tip on uninstalling the devices in the device manager, still nothing.

I bought the Ducky One SF yesterday afternon and today's morning stopped working when i was configuring some macro keys.

Mine is not doing anything, no leds, absolutely nothing and I tried changing USB ports and my cable was completely fine. I noticed that I was playing with its software so that’s a little problem. I need help please

Im having the exact same problem but for some reason my RGB Lightening works but when i try hitting the windows key or what ever key it just dosent work

I had the same problem because i downloaded the wrong Firmware but then I tried to download the right one but it still didn't work. Then I deleted both of them from my Pc, downloaded the right one again and it worked. Maybe that helps

Easy fix: You literally just download the old firmware I can’t believe I just spent 3 hours trying to fix this and it was that easy. The old firmware is on the same webpage as the new one.
