दुधी भोपळ्याचे घावन बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• ३~४ हिरव्या मिरच्या
• ७~८ लसूण पाकळ्या
• १/२ चमचा जिरं
• १/४ चमचा ओवा
• १ कप बारीक रवा
• १/४ कप तांदळाचं पीठ
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• दुधी भोपळा
• १/४ कप दही
• १ कप पाणी
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• १/२ चमचा इनो फ्रुट सॉल्ट
• १/४ कप पाणी
• तेल

Dudhi bhopala ghavan is a perfect healthy breakfast recipe. This can be a perfect way through which you can feed dudhi bhopala to those who don’t like it. This turns out nice, crispy and just yummy. This is a real quick recipe which doesn’t need too many ingredients. You can call it uttapam too. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 3~4 Green chilies
• 7~8 Garlic cloves
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp Ajwain / Carom seeds
• 1 cup fine Suji
• 1/4 cup Rice flour
• Salt to taste
• Dudhi bhopala / Bottle gourd
• 1/4 cup Curd
• 1 cup Water
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Eno fruit salt
• 1/4 cup Water
• Oil
Method:
• For making basic masala take green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, carom seeds in a blender jar
and blend everything into coarse paste.
• Basic masala is ready.
• Take fine rava, rice flour, salt, blended masala in a bowl and mix everything well together.
• Peel the bottle gourd and grate it directly into rava mixture.
• Add curd and mix everything well together.
• You can use buttermilk or lemon juice in place of curd.
• Add water and mix well.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well. The batter should be a little runny.
• Rest the batter for about 10-15 minutes.
• Add eno fruit salt, water and mix in quickly.
• You can add 1/4 tsp baking soda in place of eno fruit salt.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and brush oil on it.
• Add ladleful batter at the center of the pan and spread it.
• Cover and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
• Remove the lid and cook until lower side gets nice browning.
• Spread a little oil on upper side and flip it over.
• When lower side is also roasted well, take it off into a dish.
• Dudhi bhopala ghavan is all ready.
• You can have it as it is or with thecha or chutney or sauce.
