Did this trek in one day back in 2007 with a friend. Started the trek at 5am and reached Besal back at 9pm. Toughest walk of my life. We had no preparation, no gear and just a shopping bag full of fruits. Took a guide who was crazy enough to agree to going and coming back the same day. Today when I think about it, it was a really stupid thing to do. But I was much younger and physically stronger at that time. Someday I plan to make the trip again with proper planning and camping along the way.

I have done it within one day from besal village to dudipatsar and on the same day I returned to besal village. And it was such an amazing track i ever have done in my life. Dodipatsar is indeed the queen of lakes.

I've done tracking dudipat back in 2020. Rat k 8 bj gy thy and we're still waking going through water and stones. Hmari phati hoi thi it was the scariest track I've done
