Adults can figure it out as we see kaiba solve it or have technology help build it as of dark side of dimensions, and well, kids have a more motivation to accomplish something and build something rather than adults (sometimes), or divine intervention that prevents adults, but that's my opinion, why do you think that a kid could solve it but the adults couldn't?
