Muchas gracias máster!! A mi las oberon me parecieron super detallistas, el jazz latino q conozco muy bien esa pieza salían detalles espectaculares. No sé si podrían ser algo casonas a largo tiempo. Pero claro está que habría q escucharlas en persona.

I prefer the Focal's balanced, detailed sound. It has a more precisely controlled bass, sharp transients and an airier sound that reveals fine details.

La Dali me parece más llena, más completa y equilibrada. la Focal también suena muy bien, pero me parece algo más fatigante en el extremo agudo y la música suena un poco más "delgada" Claro que esto es youtube y habría que estar allí para apreciar las diferencias in situ. Dali : super wide stage soundfield. powerful beat. Middle position vocal. Focal : detail . seperate position. Up posion cocal. Good postion of instruments. harmony of instrument If i can rise 100% potention of speaker by amp and room system, i ll use dali. but if i couldn't have a proper room , i will choose focal.

Wow, I didn't expect there to be a huge difference, but the Dali is far superior here. While the Focal is just a bunch of mish mash sound, the Dali sounds like real instruments and music.

Tengo una teoría que se reafirma con este video, cuando la música es relajada hay mucha igualdad, quizá el tweeter de las Dali me resulta un poco más definido, pero la diferencia en heavy metal ha sido muy grafica las focal se sentían fuera de lugar sin saber que hacer, mientras las Dali se sentían como di fuera un día más en la oficina

Consulta, que tal suenan las Dali Opticon 6, si las comparamos con la gama Aria, actualmente cuento con unas Focal Chora 826, y si he notado que el sonido es un poco mas delgado que en las Dali

Why put a carpet in between two speakers, not in front of it? The space seems very tight and your wide-angle lens distorted two speakers.

Couse the carpet between absorb a lot of acoustic energy, yeah the lens is wide open, becouse this way i can put the micro close to the speakers

I just cant waith for a real comparions of the the klipsch RP8000f & the svs pinnacle and the arendal 1723thx or just the regular one i acctuly never sern a teast of any arendal speakers and i ofc want the r7 iii but my bank do not line it

Here is my take of this comparison since I heard both before buying the 826s. The Oberon is a 2 way, has way deeper bass and a sharper sound. The 826 is a 3 way, has way more clarity and top end refinement than the Oberon. The Oberon has no sense of air and sparkle, the Focal has loads of it. The Oberon has deep bass, the Focal doesnt. As sharp as Oberons are, singers still take a few steps back while the Focal has the singer popping out at you. In this vi Diana Krall's voice is better separated from the piano at the back, on the Oberons Diana's voice is more inline with the piano. Some of these attributes cant be heard on this vid but in real life its as I described. These Oberons are also 50% cheaper than the Focals here in my country. This ought to ruffle some feathers, here is a vid showing basic problems on the Oberon 7, which is also confirmed by Dali themselves. This problem leads to how vocals can sink back and also why mids sound meatier than the Focal here. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ep9maKacstSpgqM.html

Anteriormente vi la batalla entre dali y focal de esta misma linea de bockshelf y me gusto mas focal, pero en esta ocacion la focal me parecieron meh! Y las dali me encantaron.

Te recomiendo más la Silver 200, es menos tragona que la 603, y un poquito más sensible, las 603 si necesitan más de los 100w que tiene tu axr100

Exactly, the chora line is created for home cinema, so you have to pair with a subwoofer. 20 until 50 hz, has to be on subwoofer

As much as I like Focals, here they're no match for the Dalis, which sound so much more real, especially on the drum track, where the Focal is very weak, and on the Diana Krall vocal, where she literally sounds like she's right there in the room on the Dali

You guys don't half spend some time on YT. It's interesting how a close mic'ed set up can reveal micro nuances but it doesn't give us the big picture of a good in-room recording. But even this is just an impression of the in -person listening experience. But from this set up, gotta say the 826s sound thin across all the tracks, making the Oberon 7s sound full bodied and more believable, but maybe a litttle coloured while the 826s sound very neutral, thinness aside. This is a great in-room recording to me 'cause everything seems really well behaved - surprising , given the tiled floor.. I wouldn't be surprised if the 826s are more accurate objectively, but the 7s sound good subjectively and that thinness could be irritating on the 826s.
