Men take so much from the world. A monster took this woman’s voice from the world. There are very few humans who have come anywhere near to the power and distinctiveness of her ethereal singing voice. You can tell singing and performing were everything to her. She gave the world her amazing voice and it took one human to silence her. I don’t know if Duffy will ever be healed enough to perform again, but I do hope she at least heals up enough to hear herself sing again. Please let her at least recover that much. I hope she feels even a bit of the outpouring of care, concern, and love people around the world send to her as we dig for these old videos so we can be mesmerized by her. My husband and I remain fans in 2024.
