Her little smile is priceless. Her voice is sometimes a gale, sometimes a soft breeze, sometimes like rain falling, or the sun breaking through the clouds... but always a force of nature. And that being so small as she is, I think proves the expressive power of a select group of today's British female singers.

I totally agree. She has a unique voice that's tinged with melancholy and emotion and also sounds quite classy too. I can imagine her singing to a piano in a posh cocktail bar.

Not too sure what she's trying to accomplish here but it's not a great performance. Very odd vocals. Maybe she had a cold. Having said that all her live performances are a bit like this. I much prefer her studio recordings.
