I am taking a health coach training program - Integrative medicine. The lecture I watched after watching this video was from a behavioral health scientist talking about work by Kobasa on optimism vs work by Seligman on pessimism. Then she says people are after comfort and we should not judge them based on health choices. COMFORT and now my education is colliding with everything I am learning at SOFFC and your videos. Isn't God just amazing?!!!❤

@nancy. God defnitely used you to open my eyes and also confirm so much. You are just a blessing. This whole series makes me think about the word that says Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left. Grief is not a way to honor a loved one. No one can live successfully under the burden of grief and sorrow. Learn to not put up with what the world call normal.
