Many DWI and DUI cases got back-logged during Covid and a lot of DWI’s were taking well over a year to be filed. But with a Class C DUI, you should have received notice if a court date when the ticket was issued. I would call the court for the city where you received it and ask them what the status is. If you never showed up to court, you could have an active warrant that you’re not even aware of.
