I have to agree with the T&T coach in that Whisper has a strong affinity for using his left foot while rolling left, and doesn’t seem as comfortable or effective with his right foot or while going to his right. He needs more development to ensure defenders have to respect both sides of his attacking movements.

The money would come later and not to be carried away by the big name 'Chelsea'. Chelsea are gonna loan him out as they now has 24 youngsters out on loan other(so-called 'Wonder kid) as they buy massive amount of young talent from all over. So choosing Chelsea is not the best move. Chelsea is operating as a new business where they look to buy the best upcoming young players from every part of the globe their strategy bought about 20 of them for 1 million each and if 2 of them make it then that would save the club a 100 million.
