Welcome to the part 3 of Duke Nukem 3D On Damn I'm Good Difficulty. Here are the changes that are made to the game to spice up the difficulty:
1) Some inventories explode (e.g: Holoduke, Night Vision Goggles)
2) Chaingun Cannon Ammo has 50% chance to explode on your face
3) Lizard Troopers can switch to Shrink Ray projectiles alongside their traditional lasers.
4) Lizard Enforcers are equipped with an Expander cannon which even though not as powerful as the player's still manage to pose a huge threat.
5) Pig Cops appear on tactical SWAT uniform. (i.e: protective helmet)
6) Octabrains are a bit more aggressive than before.
7) Fat Commanders launches random sh*ts towards the player alongside their RPG attack.
8) Battlelords carry an advanced minigun with unique sound effects and launches tons of mortar bombs with missiles.
9) The Cycloid (final boss) is more aggressive than before.
10) Sentry Drones are a bit faster this time.
Note: Normally the Fat Commanders weren't supposed to respawn but I think somehow it does in this version of Duke Nukem 3D (Eduke32). There were certain instances in the game where I kept encountering that beast even though I took care of them. Not sure if they spawn normally due to level events or respawns.
