Discover all ego cap rewards
There are 28 collectible ego awards in total. There are a couple extra rewards that will be gained automatically just by playing through the story. If you do this on your first playthrough, you will end up with the trophy / achievement in the chapter 'Blowin' the Dam'.

This game was criminally under rated. All the politically incorrect humor in it has aged phenomenally well, and it's a huge shame that his comeback also became the final nail in his coffin. Made my first playthrough just recently and I just want more unpoliticised goofy badassery. It's just so damn fun.

One of the few FPS games I know of have a regenerative health bar and can permanently increase max health or ego it's called.

Also, for several of them, censoring it stops us from really seeing what's happening for what's being demonstrated. Also nudity is actually allowed on KZfaq, it's PORN that's not allowed. I know of a LOT of nudity on KZfaq that's okay. Some is medical, most is music videos. Find the video for Scooter - Weekend, and the uncensored versions of Scooter - Nessaja and Robin Thicke - Blurred Lines. And that last one is Vevo. It's part of the game, it would be fine, just make the video Adults Only.

wowowowow01 i think u have to play from the start of the game and run to the very end because if u do chapter select and play a chapter from the doctor who cloned me it will delete any of the latest ego from the original campaign if u just play a mission for the ego boost and not finish the level

@PowerPyx You would be wrong. I know for a fact I grabbed the magazines in both levels and it says 1/2 for forkstop and 2/3 for blowing the dam

This video is missing a bunch... On a list I check there's about 33 Ego Caps, this video only shows 28. Checking the list, the only one for that level not shown in this video is to use a photocopier, so it's probably that one. However, you can get it earlier, at the Duke Dome in the trailer office you have to get in via the roof (where you get trapped until pigcops ambush you and tip the trailer). Note that THERE you have to do it BEFORE the pigcops tip the trailer, of course. :)

I finished the game on PC on Come Get Some difficulty. Missed a few Ego caps, so found them by chapter select. Now I started to complete it on Damn I'm Good, but I seem to have missed some Ego caps. While I'm certain I didn't miss them. How's this possible? For example, the mirror where you start is broken so you'll have to admire yourself a bit later.

I think ill run through this game on piece of cake, go for this achievement along with the "Gunslinger" achievement, then run through the game again on Damn, I'm good...then the only achievement I will have left is "Balls of steel" (I saw your vid on that, Ill give that a try here soon)

@profchaos712 Nope, it was quite tricky - one thing to bear in mind is you don't have to wait for the ball to stop rolling - you can run around the table pinging it about.

Can anyone help I have collected all of the ego items in every chapter and I never received the trophy for all that is man and I don't understand why? On chapter select where it shows ego items discovered they are all complete so I don't get it? :(

do you have to go through the entire game for the ego items or cant you just go in the level, find it, and quit out to go to the next level.

@roboticaust Just replayed forklift and found out there are two magazines and I missed one of them. This got me the achievement but blowin the dam still reads that I have 2/3 ego boosts. Strange! I know for sure one is from killing the boss. Unsure what the other 2 are atm.

It is necessarily to have them all? I beated the game twice (Medium/Insane) and I'm finishing your guide (2/3 ego caps left, according to the video), but my game still shows 10 out of 14 in Titty City and 4 out of 5 in Queen Bitch.
