In part one of this two-part series, we will cover the history of SNRIs as well as mechanisms of action, cytochrome P450 issues, side effects, and contraindications to consider when prescribing duloxetine and this class of medications.

Do you go completely off sertraline 50mg before you start duloxetine or can you take both for 1 week and then drop the sertraline

If you are depressed, You Probly need to go on Effexor, it is also a SNRI, but with better properties in it. I'm starting with 75 mg then do 2 /75's I live in Oregon, and we have only had 2 days of sun. Sun makes a big difference. I need to move but I think its to late for me, and Im very alone. So I really need the medicine that goes to the brain. goodluck JJ

You should go to a psychiatrist to discuss your symptoms and he’ll recommend the best option!

Red Dragon is not a thing. There's 0 people inhaling Effexor for a high. 😂
