I keep saying the same thing but for Serbia. You can get drunk in a pub, get into a fight, hurt others or get hurt and you will get some bullshit fines but if you're caught with 5 grams, you're a "dealer" and you get 3 years hahaha. Alcohol is 10 times worse but it's legal and getting into a fight when drunk is pretty standard here.
