I reckon you are still feeling it to some degree🤣 I’m 21 just getting back into the gym and I remember playing football in highschool our first day of weight training the coaches tested our squats and goblets. Then we proceeded to test sprint times. Felt that for a couple weeks

I have never held the dumbbells vertically into my chest. Some people say you can just hold it against your chest but it doesn’t necessarily have to be compressing against it. I’ll try this out eventually.

I ain’t going all the way down cause it’s a bit rough on my knees. But I’ll go to the point right before it hurts my joints

I’m doing these with a 65lb dumbbell that I just got and having wrist/ forearm pain, is the weight too much or do I just need to strengthen my wrists?

Is it normal to feel tightness on the upper back after doing this?
@ladyhaiti78017 ай бұрын
For me I always image my upper body is as straight as possible and that my butt is pushing into a wall I don’t go as low as him yet due to pulling my lower back twice During deadlifts 😢 but I’m in physical therapy now where I’m learning about bracing my core and strengthening my hamstrings idk if that helped
