Because in the lore, Noob sheilder's shield was made out of Guesans (Guests) steel. It was extremely durable, fine quality and long lasting materials that made the shield little to no dent to any bullets (Gunpowder bullets). However, this wasn't the case. Sheilder's shield can also be penetrated by electro powered bullets (Or whatever you call it) is Armor Peeler Sniper

it isn't really a sandbox, it's more like a fps wave-based shooter game, but in private server there are cheats. in this video, I fooled around with machines
