One of the first trance songs that I liked. Put together with interesting footage. I was going to grab clips of various people dancing to different types of music instead, but this works too. I don't think anyone had the full version up.

Best trance song of all time!!!! I remember buying the cd when the song first came out and it was on a cd kind of like ASOT now but it was called TRANCE NATION AMERICA anyone remember that? AWESOME and epic video mashup of a classic from the Golden Age of 10 minute long hands in the air spine-tingling epic trance (1995ish-2002ish). So glad to say that (in my early 50s) IMHO epic/uplifting/euphoric has finally gotten through its amorphous adolescence and is now as good as ever thanks to first generation holdover maestros like Ferry Corsten&Armin van Burren, with more millennial artists like Aly&Fila, RAM&Key 4050 carrying the glowsticks into the future🙏🏻✝️💖😆

+mighty flea I listened to this track once by accident (it was on some trance stream) while my DMT hit exactly when she was saying "kein zurück für dich" (no turning back for you) and then I was catapulted into this other world as if the timing was just perfect. Coincidence?! Still the most mysterious experience of my life. Always gives me shivers.

yea! Trance its much more deliberately focused on the listener/ravers experience of it - rather than telling a story musically like most music does Trance asks the listener to be inside a story during the track. It does this utilising so many new techniques available to shape the sound - reverb, echo, synths pads, drum machines allowing the high tempo, compression, filters, samples to take music intensity somewhere special - but its the melancholic tunes in it that stand it out from the huge quantities of electronic music and make it last. There is something haunting and real about the human experience embeded in melancholic hi energy trance I dont seem to find it in rap rnb rock or country. Trance asks what are you going to make of this confusing life ? Then proceeds to remind you that you are alive now with the pounding beats. That leads to a Euphoric feeling (for me any way)

It just gets to your soul and stays there. Makes your subconscious fly and explore the universe, get immersed and feel so happy for a period of time that seems way longer than it actually is. That distortion of reality makes you just feel the ecstasy of the high energy mixed with the little melancholy of being addicted to such beautiful thing, so you just have to listen to it again....

An absolute classic from the golden era of Trance music... To this day I know we witnessed something very special. Being born in the summer of 79 I'm old enough to remember those halcyon days first hand. It felt like we were the chosen ones :-) As a side note, in my opinion the intro to this track is pretty average. I can't put my finger on exactly why, but it's the introduction of that bassline at 0:41 that makes your ears prick up and your heart rate increase. From that moment on you just know this tune is gonna be a banger!

Godskitchen in Birmingham 2001, this song always stuck with me over all the other great DJs that graced that place, dumonde absolutely smashed that night. Remember being an apprentice sparky working on millennium point at the time and meeting up with some of the lads from the other trades up there that night. Brilliant
