I understand but as returns… they have to toss it out.. it’s a liability.. imagine if someone tampers with something and then returns it?? And imagine if they put it back on the shelf or giveaway it someone would turn around and sue them so quickly

I’m referring to the corporate heads who own/run Ulta and these other stores. They call the shots and they absolutely could donate some of their products instead of throwing them away.

But it's not perfectly good makeup! It's been touched a d contaminated. Why would you want to use something somebody else has used.

Once i attach them i personally use them, I give to friends and family and they are aware they were cut and I repaired them. I don’t sell items. But I’ve seen others sell cut cord items and sell them as is so whoever pays for them would have to fix it themselves.
