What a shame that goes to the landfill. Glad to see you rescue it all. I have heard they disapprove of dumpster diving. I disapprove throwing such useful things away when whether it be food or useful home items. Nice SCORE!

Thats why the prices go up and up on things! We are the most wasteful country in the world. There are so many poor kids, people in this world that would enjoy these things...I know when I was a child, I would have appreciated these things! Thanks for rescuing these things!

@@j.lietka9406 I try to go as often as I can. Most of the stores in my area have compactors instead of dumpsters. But I have found some great items at the few stores that do have dumpsters.

@@gscrafty4801 hi lovely lady! 🤓🌹 I look in certain dumpsters, primarily for electronics. I look for PCs, laptops and Chromebooks. Also look for tablets, cables and chargers. I also keep an eye out for curbside stuff. I have picked up a few flat screen TVs, but most of them have cracked screens. The screens can be replaced but it's not really worth it economically speaking. The PCs and laptops I tend to tinker with. Thank you 🌹👸 hugs! I also look sometimes in apartment dumpsters, but it's still hit or miss!

I go scabbing a lot and it’s disgraceful what people throw out,so much BNWT stuff ,it’s mind boggling how wasteful people are when there’s people in countries with very little,too them these are treasures

Businesses throw away so much. Like the thousands of kids bow and arrows. Because of a recall. There was two huge piles of them at the dump last time I was there.

This is obviously store leftovers from a Bed Bath Beyond or Marshall’s type store. They are obligated to (re)move inventory (especially seasonal) to make room for new items. The tell tale sign it was store’s bins and not from an apartment complex is the plentiful bags of plastic, bathroom trash, and floor sweepings. These are not residential finds.

I’ve made entire mortgage payments selling things immediately destined for a landfill. Selling things locally helps those in your community acquire goods at costs far lower than at the store. It helps people “make a house, a home” and save for more important things. All around a win-win’

Some of that stuff was perfectly fine to have been donated to a Charity shop, even odd plates and bowls or a few odd glasses. There is always someone to buy that stuff and a charity to gain from the sale. Just lazy people tossing it in a skip.

Wow!!!! Nice haul. I can't believe everything you found. Your making a killing in that area. Please be careful because if they find you in the dumpster they will start to destroy everything. I have a question... does your country throw away as much as the United States does? I find it crazy how much we throw away here in the USA. I've went dumpster diving before and it amazing how much that can be found, food that's still within expiration date, things that's not broken... and why would a store throw away perfectly good car mats...
