Thanks for rescuing the kids books. I always buy used books. I have seven grandkids and I have over a hundred books for them. Love reading to them.

Sorry I missed the Live Chat. What a score! All those kids books and toys. You may have thought of this already -- use the pillows, cushions and blankets for the filling of dog beds. When you find fabric, table clothes, shower curtains -- make some dog bed covers. Dog beds are expensive to buy. Love you and look forward to your videos.

Thanks to you guys I did my first dumpster dive the other day!!! I’m hooked. My first dive I got a dining set. Leather, with the bench seat and four chairs all wood, still in box. I’ve been binge watching your videos. I decided while out today to just be brave, and peek in a few to see how it goes. The very first one I ever looked in, I moved an empty box over and heard something. Inside this clean box was a dozen new screw drivers!!! Then I found new wrapping paper in the same one and a new medium sized clay pot (the others were broken). I immediately went and got some grippy gloves and decided I’ll do this from time to time. Thank you for inspiring me! I just love your videos!

Kids books always go to my inner city schools. I live her so I donate here in Detroit. My kid had so many kid books that I take a box to the school when I find them. My kid is now 27 and loves to read. All kids should have books they can keep!

Steve reminds me of the guy who I met dumpster diving. His name is Larry. We seemed to always meet at the same dumpster lol. Sadly, he was diving and a shelf had fell on his lower back so he havent been able to dumpster dive. His daughter does it for him now.

One of our grocery store near me has a bookshelf at the front of the store that is used as a free library. All books children to adults. It is very popular and a great way to trade books.

Its amazing how many books we find while diving...so sad. I know everyone has kindles & tablets but there are so many people who still love to read!💞😘

This is the Crime Scene dumpster, as it's a crime that all that stuff was dumped and not donated etc!! Just as well you guys are around to save it from going to landfill!!

You guys couls sell the books for a quarter apiece that would add up fast. You would be surprised how many you would sell. Just food for thought.

one time i found 4 bags of personal dumping items. First bag i got had kids toys & books i started to look through it but soon after a truck came into area where i was i just closed bag & put inside my truck. And even though truck left i just grab the other 3 bags & left & looked over them at the house. One bag was full of cds dvds & vhs tapes. Got rid of vhs tapes cause boring recordings of tennis tournaments. I'm not into watching sports. Watching you all dumpster dive is 100 times better than watching other people play sports. Nice finds! Might want to spray down it all with Lysol in case the child was sick. Sorry, but my friend works with sick kids, & tells me sometimes they have to throw out everything in the kids room if it’s a communicable disease. I say wipe it all down with Lysol rags lay but everything dry completely in the sun, and then donate it! Or enjoy it! Or resell it! Don’t fill the landfills with it for Pete’s sake! You guys rock! 💕
