First to say I hate the updates

Yup!! The updates suck, new players need a break, and we need our weeklies back. But good news is Armored Core 6 comes out tomorrow for those who like building their own death machines!! I would like to watch you play it Mr. G!! Thanks for all the videos!!

I feel strongly that the number 1 thing is to make progression for non-clan or new players easier. The clan badge challenge screwed new and casual players badly. A reasonable fix might be that if you're not in a clan, you still have access to the old badge challenges (though that's still grindy, but that's the nature of XO). The 9k confrontation mode is a huge win, so kudos devs. That mode provides a lot of variability for what builds you can use, and while you can bring relics in, you have to sacrifice something to do that (most of the relic builds are 9k are on a rare cab). I could see them adding a 12k mode with the same rules, those are two good power scores to run stuff at. but if you could only tell the devs one thing, it's that progression for non-clan / new / casual players needs to be restored

There are multiple things Gaijin and Targem need to do now, but the most urgent one is to bring back the old weekly eng badge challenges. They promised to give more rewards for reworking the weeklies, but turns out you get even fewer badges now: 3250 per week. I kept a record of my previous calculations, You get like 2850 badges if you leave the "5 clan wars wins" challenge, and 3300 if you manage to do it. In other words, they blatantly lied. And then the most important (just not as urgent as returning old weekly challenges): **REMOVE THE CAMERA STEERING** #DischargeTheSupercharged NOW! The addition of Camera Steering drastically lowered the skill ceiling of using hovers and other strafe-capable movement parts. I can't verbally describe how many times I see those players trying to turn while strafing ended up taking ages to do so while strafing in large circles, they simply lost their mental capacity to handle both navigation and aiming their targets. While I'm not a fan of Auger, they nerfed its effectiveness due to the uprising of Huginn Gremlin Auger tanks, when the core issue of their uprising is due to the god damn Camera Steering. Don't get me wrong, Auger Gremlin tanks existed before the Supercharged update, it's just not as common because the user actually has to execute precise driving to pin down the enemy vehicle they're targeting. And the next on the list is to increase the reward of Adventure mode. Players don't play the mode because it gives so little reward in terms of scrap metals. A group mission in Blood Rock takes 5 minutes and 20 seconds max to give 30 scrap metal, but any good player can end a PVP match within 2.5 minutes on average to win almost the same amount of scrap. Simply put, just multiply the current material reward by 5 and there will already be enough incentive to draw players to explore Blood Rock more. There are a lot more I should've mentioned here, but the stuff above is by far the most important. Let me write a TL;DR for you: 1. Return the original weekly challenges. They should have coexisted with the current clan challenges. 2. Remove Camera Steering. Robocraft died to it and no form of DIY Action Real-time Strategy games should ever add that. 3. Increase the Adventure mode material reward to at least 5 fold.

As a solo player I feel like the devs just kicked all of us solo players in the ball's.....used to grid the badges each week Now that i don't get any less reason to play...... Less play means less reason to ever spend a dime on this game!!!

State of the game, my only motivation to play was weeklies to unlock structural parts. Plus spend 100's of dollars on packs to get the cabs I wanted. Uninstalled and walked away, no more wasting my money on XO. Bought nearly every pack and maxed all factions on Xbox, was starting over on PC this year. Fun while it lasted.

My girlfriend us the real winner if this update. Finally took the time to go IKEA with her instead of feeding that "holy" monkey on my back. Think that i have been given a gift from the devs. Now i can quit the game without feeling that i miss out on something. They manage to do what i was to weak to do all on my own. Im grabbing this opportunity to quit my addiction and get a bigger chunk of that some ppl call "real-life" Thanks devs! Couldnt have done it without you

Gaijin, when will you actually listen to the community? When will you do the quality of life improvements, like fixing the animations on the Omni wheels and hovers so they actually portray the proper rotation/ angle for the direction we are moving?

Clan challenges is great! Love this! But they need to also have challenges for those that are not in a clan and don’t want to be

It has become undesirable to "Play" for fun and still feel like you are getting rewarded for your time. Not everyone that plays has the time to join up with CLAN to get our rewards. (Jobs and whatnot) But having a small measurable goal week to week kept the game feeling access able. Being able to get half of what the Clan guys get was enough for me to buy a couple of "battle pass's" but then they quickly nurf'd everything i just bought... I felt like kinda getting lied to about what i was buying into? idk? it just seems less fun if you can't track, or even get rewarded, for your weekly progress as a solo player...

Well if the game wasnt already a grind fest, its seems even worse... Stoped playing it for 3 years and seems that was a good ideia. Am now into World of Warships. But i really miss assembling stuff, but the cheese builds wreckfest done it for me...

They should give free to play players coins in daily challenges (like 5 or 10 coins per day for a challenge ?)(premium players already get 40 coins a day)

Tell them to add an extra 0 behind the 50 badge rewards we get for doing more to get said badges, completely 40 tasks get 50 badges... okay there...

We need a "remember when?" video so you can tell us what you liked most about crossout through different years. Before the delete preferably

Guys, I think you should just consider to leave the ship… It might at first look like a bad idea because if you do it would have been a total waste of time playing this game for years. But, think, is this game ever going to get better? Are they ever going to listen, no actually listen and not make it worse again after things have cooled down? No, there’s so much time you can spend on other things that your going to waste.

They definitely need to bring weeklies back, recently joined a clan (go KOK’s!) even though nobody there really talks to each other it’s still fun. I’ve been a casual player for years and every time I come back to the game it’s like whatever part I was working towards is no longer worth it (doesn’t usually stop me). Kinda sucks that there are parts in the mini battle passes that I can’t build because I wasn’t around to stockpile x other weapon (when/where did the Trombone come from?! And don’t get me started on the Omamori) so those passes feel like a waste of money.

Glad I dropped out after they changed the building menu and control scheme. The game's gone to hell since I left, and I hope other people start jumping ship now because of these changes.

I have to believe they will fix it. Personally, PvP is the least enjoyable part of the game. I get the devs were concerned that few completed all the weeklies. I view the weeklies as a menu, I'll get what I want. Who goes to a restaurant and buys the whole menu? Now the game is like a hotdog stand where you and all your buddies need to show that you are hungry enough before they let you get a side of onion rings. Can't wait for the survey to drop.

State of the game:craft ride delete

They set dumpster fire to 11. The game itself is great, but I've already been playing it less and less because of balance issues. All I do anymore is knocking out dailies real quick in patrol, a way to chill for 20 minutes with car game, then turn it off. At the high end of the current big battlepass, lighters lighters lighters...no point in doing them if you've not paid for the pass. GAijin/Targem are making GTAOnline look downright charitable. Been thinking about updating GTA5 and doing that for daily chill car-game, you can do a lot more in your own private server now(many money making side-gigs you used to have to be in a live lobby). Weekly challenges in XO are all that made the grind tolerable. Putting them behind a clan firewall is, balance aside, one of the worst things they have ever done.

Every time they do this they make a one or 2 hit weapon, so it sells like crazy, they make a bundle, then later on they do a "balance" it's all bullshite and gajin could care less who leaves and who stays. they have to many games raking in so much cash they don't care about what the players think.

Nearly all Content creators are in the same side, this update is horrible and a lot of bad things have been accumulated with the time... this are sad times

The deletion of the old weeklies has made me stopped playing daily its not worth it anymore. Since you are reliant on other people to complete it, and since the levels of rewards, or the unlocking of those weeklies is reliant on the clan ranking. This cuts the rewards of the avergae player down by 90%. I have 0 intrest of compreditive play, and this tries to force me to do so. Which is not the way to go. (and also, even if you have the highest tasks unlocked, they are simply ridiculously hard/grindy to do. For example: 6 million damage, iirc. for 20 people, a maxed out clan, that is 300k damage per person per week, in perfect unison. (hold on it changed. its actually 1.5 million per person per week. it changes depending on the amount of people in the clan. 1.5 million damage. in a good raid you dan do at most around 40k if you are lucky) Im sorry but what is this? And even if you would be able to do this, you need to be in a top tier clan to even get the opputunity to even do so. by the time you managed to climb to the top you barely have any time to do the side missions. And for those top tier clans, all that work for about a 20% increase of a badge count of what they had before. While they perform dozens the amounts of effort. Yea. um. no. thank you. Turn it back. Make these clan challanges an additional thing, not a replacement. Sorry for the essay.

Dumpster fire. I honestly don't like playing with clan type stuff. Got burned out with that kind of stuff back when I played wow.

Edit: PLEASE talk to the devs, if you can, about undoing the “temporary experimental matchmaking” that has been plaguing the console versions of the game for 2 years now. WE WANT 8v8 BACK and WE WANT THE SAME MATCHMAKING ALGORITHMS THAT PC HAS, rigged matches are not fun :[ (Over 90% of matches have bots on B team get 0 points and never fire a bullet while driving into a wall, while the other teams bots can function semi normally and outperform top players from top clans) On the bright side, It’s GREAT time to Boycott Crossout until the devs are actually willing to find a middle ground with the players, instead of ONLY doing what they want to try to further milk the already dead playerbase.

If they don't bring back weekly challenges, this game is dead in the water 🤷

it's pretty bad my guy. Im on Xbox and pretty much everyone in gen chat wants weekly challenges back. its a god awful system where if youre not a farming simulator sweat clan youre never getting badges, which is a HUGE part of the market. the new Atom wheel is a direct upgrade to the omni hands down, the new ballista thingy is a better incinerator. the market is getting more and more unstable every day.

They need to make an app so I can browse the exhibition when I am not infront of my console (at work).

They really needa bring back drone and turrets make them actually dangerous again. Add a new legendary toadfish turret that explodes on contact! I've just started playing again after half a year and this is what I've come back for? (I'm not a high level player btw)

Anyone else notice how the PS match making is worse after the update? (Maybe less players are playing on the PS4/5 servers cause they are angry?) But my friend and I were running 7499 ps and going against 9k-11k opponents. So after 3 matches in a row like that, we went to 8999 ps (running only purple weapons mind you) we had teams range from 7K - 14K. Wtf?😒

To get new players into the game, they need to fix seal clubbing. Make it so if you have a purple, yoir power score defaults to minimum 5k and if you have a gold it defaults to min 7k. See too many legendaries in the 3k powerscore, and for the record, I am guilty of this from time to time as well.

ive played xo from 2016 seeing whst the devs pulled over the years, its tbh not the worst update but it is in alarge series of bad updates. the no regards to playerbase wasnt present in 2017. now they are doing a 180 and people finally started to notice. on a honest scale of dumpster fire? it always has been a 6. but right now i agree with everyone its a 10/10 robocraft dumpsterfire situation. -Xionite, player since the beginning of alpha

I don't like how (it seems) the game is much harder. I remember being MVP 2-3 times a night and now i can lose 3-5 games in a row. That's not fun. I doubt I'll ever pay for another battlepass. Who wants to lose all the time?

I dont agree, about what gaijin done to new players - its horrible - they gona ruin our last favourite game and our hope But when these shits will buff my tank turrets (turning cannons ) they suck hard currently compare to imballance histcan mashine guns and shotguns they have horrible damage and survivabillity against hitscan weapons and they play mostly like stupid mashine guns with hardron and kings - i wish them to be high resistant to mashine guns and shotguns - with twice more damage but with way less speed of reloading and non compatibillity with reloading bonuses

Could you please ask the devs to bring back tires paired with hovers if you equip both on a build right now the hovers wont work at all.

The update seems like a massive ‘f@#* you’ to solo players. Maybe I’d like to play at my own pace in my own way!?! I’ve never seen a game where the developers try so hard to kill their own product.

Been playing this game for about 5 years and have quit entirely for the past couple months, honestly cannot see myself coming back to the game, the balance has been thrown in the garbage, skill is optional, and good builds are only for people that are willing to fuse every last detail to perfection.

terrible update, effects the solo non p2w players. We all now are forced to join a clan or just don't get any badges. Problem with clans, either you never are allowed in one, or you get kicked. Or the clan is casual like the one im in now, no cw, either alot of inactive players or people leave \ alot of noobs. But Mr G barely plays the game and has a promo account soo, doesn't effect him...

I have grinded weekly in past to get those extra parts and make purple crate to maybe sell and get coins. Now is gone no way to get a little extra. Game feels useless & gutted. Online is usually full of clans pvp for Scaps, wires, batteries that beat u down hard. The match making is awful. Like u already know it's gonna be a slaughter house when u see same guys over & over and your the only gud guy or last guy vs 5 or even 6 cars left. I don't do clans never have or don't know how. I just want to play my dailies and weeklies the way they were make some coins keep upping my car. Has of late I'm just not feeling it. I hear what some of u guys said about pass. Not rewarding I get more stuff in ea pga golf pro pass then with crossout. Maybe crossout is Russian and communist and hate usa players I don't know but I'm not feeling the it's their way or highway ways.

Dumpster fire? More like blazing landfill inferno. Lately, it seems like every update is designed *specifically* to worsen the game. I’m so sick of logging in after an update to find most, if not all, of my best builds are suddenly obsolete as well as some brand new cash-grab gimmick in play.

New Atom wheels are too slow. They handle great but Crossout is so much better fast! As for weeklies being gone I'm not that upset. I play very part time these days with work and such so I never really had the time to run all of them out anyway. While the [UP] clan may be barely breathing, having something clan related to do besides wars I'm never around for isn't all bad. Mini clan wars are tricky even with a decent inventory to build from. I like a challenge more than I liked running hours of raids that's for sure. I consider myself a long term Xbox wastelander having been around since just before the Quantum first dropped, and frankly, will be here till the servers get shut down. We make our builds, and our actions shape every match regardless of how things get balanced and tweaked. Crossout is only as exciting as we the players make it so why not build something cool, and blow each other up? That's what I'm here for, and I'd argue it's one thing Targem continues to deliver. Changes come and go but the core of Crossout lives on. They can take our [weeklies], but they can't take our [creativity]... or whatever they said in Braveheart... lol. i just started playing this game few weeks ago, after leaving a different game with horrible greedy devs so far, all these changes are absolutely nothing to me because of how bad it was in that other game. still, i hope they do better

Crossout is the WORST game you could recommend to a friend. Game are supposed to be fun. Crossout is like waking up every day in prison. I'm not even gonna say "the game could be great" anymore. It's just lost.

The update is 4 days old Made a huge amount of changes Some good some bad I'd say its a grade of incomplete New systems weren't explained good enough about how they work Them doing things to encourage joining a clan should have a positive impact towards the game being more socially friendly and a true mmo feel New players actually will be getting things it takes months to grind Raids had become a grind on weekly to do solo. Everyone in an active gets rewards from other members. As well as vets having a reason to be mentors to New members grooming them towards clan wars I think giving it time to be optimized better hopefully gives the game a fresh feel IMO

I see updates as good, everyone is crying about updates, teamwork makes the DreamWorks is something I always say so clan challenges are bonus, plus more badges, plus I pay out the rookies in my clan with badges, all round wins imo

my suggestion would be put purple boxes or resources as clan challenge, leave the parts for anyone. not just 5k+ ps players who can earn points. seriously. i dont care about CW, i dont want the commitment, i just play for fun and im ok with it. why the f they force clan bs on me? its not mmorpg, where you have to clan up to do the raid and other PVE/PVP content. it should be all about fun EDIT: 8/10 it burns. nobody likes forced stuff imo. none other f2p game that i know off did that

In my opinion idc if it takes a year just redo the game. They ned more contact with the community not these trashy serveys. They need to make grinding easier stop packs and let's us earn crosscrowns even just 10 a week would not bankrupt them but reward those dedicated players. They should make they gaps between weapon teirs smaller for example special to epic or epic to legendary and legendary to relic. Make the game more reliant on skill and not what weapon your using. Make it so that wheels are useful on builds other than dogs. In fact remove dogs. Make trading slightly more obvious to use. Make relics be more unique and less op. Bring back weekly challenges. Make clans a want not a need. Have more unique game modes more often. Make weapons able to counter other weapons (for example look at how over watch hero's center each other) make all weapons effective in their own way. Bring back casings and coupons. Make the adventure mode more fun and desirable to play (try adding more locations or events for example a leviathan that can spawn and you can kill it for a small amount of coins like 50). If anyone would like something added or removed from this list tell me and tell why you think it would be a good or bad addition.

By the history of targem and gaijin...it's going to get so much worse. Ac6 and warframe, cuz f* cross out and war thunder, the veteran players destroy gaijins games and they love it. F* f2p! It's pay to abuse.
