In this video we show you around the suburb of Duncraig in Western Australia. This suburb has been described in the media as being undervalued so we thought we would have a look around and see if that was true.
This is a large suburb with a range of housing options which differ depending on which area of the suburb you look at.

@@vloggersontheloose yes they moved there about 5 years ago from the main drag into Perth, as they have 4 children , a large garden area was a must..they all love it and feel very lucky to live there too 🌳🌳

You should enjoy living in Secret Harbour - we had relatives living there and they really liked it. We will be down in that area sometime in the next few weeks to film.

What's the equivalent price of a house in Melbourne similar to what you got in Perth at the same distance from the city? If that's OK 👍

Right now for the same price we sold in Melbourne we pick up in Perth in October 2023 a house on 612 block size 4 bed 2 bath double garage, we have sold a unit here in Melbourne on 243 block of land it’s tiny)similar distance to cbd

In 1986 the freeway ended at Hepburn ave and in the Kwinana fwy it finished at South st at that time

Enjoyed this walk through. Looking at suburbs in this area, any chance you could do a look at Craigie, Kingsley, Woodvale or Edgewater. All look like nice areas and slightly cheaper than Duncraig
