Love your review, I picked up the entire book set (all 6) currently on God emperor, man…. It’s only gets crazy from here. Doubt they’ll ever adapt God Emperor though :(

I appreciate it! I am hoping that filmmaking has come far enough that we could see it be adapted. I can also see how messiah or children of dune being the last one as well. I honestly didn't know theres a 7th and 8th book.

I loved the original. My 14 y.o. son said, "Dang Dad, that was really good for as old as it is". Then we went and saw the new one. I was upset after the first one. Second one was much much better. Maybe I'm just old, but the story line in the orginal I still found better.

I dont mind the original l, I give them credit for being ambitious and trying to fit the whole first book in one movie. I think alot of people who didn't like the first movie will like this one.
