Correction regarding Imperium Bans:
When an Imperium merker goes down, you must activate that token's Ban (the corresponding card) till the end of the next round.
If a few tokens have dropped, you will activate all of them (rulebook page 21, FAQ page 1)

an absolutely great playthrough, loved the way you explained with the gameplay for each part and tried to get into most situations to have a new explanation for each turn. great job. played it once and cant wait to play it again. also played for for the ring. and this has alot of the same good stuff + its easier and shorter.

so with a card that states. move a legion 2 and then make a suprise attack. with this card you are able to move a legion 2 spaces and then make a suprise attack into the 3rd space. and after the attack you dont have to move your troopers into the just attacked space. it can stay in space 2. this we played wrong. for sure.

I don't remember the card that you're talking about specifically, but if this is what stated on the card then yes- you got it correctly. The fact that you don't have to move to the area that you just attacked (if you win of course) is a big change in the FAQ 3.0 document that was released.

At the end of the round you need to discard down to 6 planning cards and atreides can discard a prescience card he didnt claim from the game

Awesome video, great job! To see with more caution when I get the Dune 😅 Was hoping to get it in the current gamefound campaign but with those prices and delivery dates it's a hard pass...😢 I'm waiting to see your review video of this one 😁

Oh I agree.. I thought about getting the expansion, but then I thought- do I really need it?? Lol Give it some time, it will be sold for much less in the 2nd hand market for sure! I'll give it a few more plays and then I'll review it 😊

@@ezbgames the short answer (in my opinion) is no. You do not need the 50+shipping+vat expansion 💰💰💰 It's seems that is one more simple expansion with new units, nothing special honestly. I think maybe the Space Guild expansion is the best one because sounds like a mini game inside Dune core game, but I will know only after I play it 🤣

@@ezbgamesMate, aside the fact that I am currently in fulfillment hell (faulty, missing, lost and damaged stuff) and combined with my group, we are being flooded with games atm. So there is simply an acquisition stop for everything not essential or not on the high demand list. Also, I am sick and tired of CMON shenanigans, so there is a punitive stop (yes because CMON really care and cries every night because of it) enacted for the time being.

First of all, the fact that you speak about it has a meaning. You're voicing your concerns and that's totally legit! So yeah, I get you with CMON. To be honest I never backed their projects. Just got some of them second hand (like most of my collection). And I'm glad (not for this reason, but still) that you're not buying anything atm. I also have more games going out than in this month. So I think that's a positive thing 😊😊

Haha you're right on the money ;) Sure! I think I need to get more plays before I give my opinion. That's the most honest I can get for now. Of course after one game you feel that it's a cool game and everything is very exciting, but I don't want to over-hype. You know what I mean..? The best I can do for now is- I want to table it again soon (it will happen this Saturday). The solo mode is annoying to understand and not so comfortable to control. But maybe after a few more plays it will get easier 😊

I thought those imperial bans come to play only when a marker drops to the lowest row? Or I probably misunderstood? Thank you for commenting! 😊😊

@@ezbgames As far as I know You assign them every time a corresponding marker drops( they last one round). On the lowest spot they last until Harkonnen player rises the corresponding marker at least once 🙂

@@dariuszduch912 hmm so if a marker drops. say the one where you cant scout. is it so that you cant use the scout action att all for that round. and then next round if you manage to play to keep the tokens att the corrosponding lvl there is no ban?. its only permanent if its att the lowest one?

@@olebrommm Yes, that's correct, until the corresponding marker reaches bottom line bans are only for the following round and they disappear if You manage to keep in place or rise the corresponding markers. In case they are on the bottom you are force to rise them at least once to get rid of the corresponding ban
