So, I was playing Game Dev Tycoon and made a Dungeon/RPG called "Dungeons, Dungeons and Dungeons" (didn't put the full title because otherwise it was too long) ...Let's just say it was one of the best games I ever made and got a 9.75 or 9.5 review score.

Skull: You summon an avatar of death, a ghostly humanoid Skeleton clad in a tattered black robe and carrying a spectral scythe. It appears in a space of the DM's choice within 10 feet of you and attacks you, warning all others that you must win the battle alone. No matter how thorough a plan is or how high a modifier you have it can all go crashing done with a nat 1 and a merciless DM, or your weeks of planning can end up wasted by a couple of nat 20s and campaign derailing.
