Thank you!! I have indeed tested a few lists and would be more than happy to give you some help! Firstly you want the named heroes as they are really cheap for their abilities and might! A captain/chieften is always handy for Heroic Marches. As for troops I really rate wildmen with the oathmaker for filling out your break point and giving you enough models to trap people and grab objs, horse men are a must have even if its 2 and ther lovely Birds are soooo good at grabbing objs or tagging heroes :) i would try to have at least 1/3 of your force being Huscarls for spears and ofc being a banner :) warriors are a great choice with or instead of wildmen and mix a few 2 hand axes in each warband :) i will try to dig out my lists and get back to you but hope this helps!
