Viktor really need the old liandrys with mana and the antitank passive, i feel like there's no way to deal with tanks now with the new mr items and the liandrys beeing trash now, his 1 spike is a lot weaker than before but shadowflame 2 feels good, cdr nerfs doesnt help too, i dont know he is in a weird spot but still love play him.

Ive actually been avoiding playing viktor this season despite him being my favorite champion because i dont like the items. When i do play him i feel like the only way you can play him is tear, sitting on tear and chapter while building either a liandry or lichbane. Both the luden and ult mana item feel terrible, i feel more of a powerspike getting sorc shoes than either of those. Maybe riot will show viktor some kindness and bring the mana scaling back to his Q shield. Viktor prior to rework it was nice having the option to go serpahs and it actually means something beneficial for your champ and not just a lifeline passive. The passive is honestly welcome with all the burst in the game but youre not really getting burst down often because youre nearly a whole screen away and can run away pretty easy Tl;dr: i wish all the mana items werent garbage

Yeah most mage mana options are pretty awful but they're giving some buffs to the items on pbe so hopefully they're solid. I've been trying rod into lich which feels pretty good some games, or lost chapter into lich liandrys

I've tried it a few times and it's never felt strong, even when the season started and it was broken to go stormsurge for every champ it still felt like lichbane and liandries were better items
