A o A Dear Thankyou very much for the information. but a point is raised that when a wallet is stolen in which all cards were kept like NIC, ATMs ,Cradit cards Driveing Licence and car registration cards,all new cards will be issued after following the required procedures but why is it so only car registration will be marked duplicate on it . This very act will going to devalue the status and the car and is very hard to be sold . every one will be suspicious a new tension is created. The question is why they write Duplicate on card . How to solve this matter.
