The life story of Bob Richards, a young football halfback who became famous as an Olympic pole-vault champion. Through the mentorship of Reverend Merlin Garber, who recognized his talents, Bob became the two-time Olympic champion in Pole-vaulting (1952-1956). Bob then moved on to the ministry, and became known as the “pole-vaulting priest.” An uplifting, wholesome true story.
