Great video. Painting all of those buildings white would make the beachfront skyline look so beautiful and modern. If not all white, they could come up with a theme using cohesive vibrant colours (kinda like the art deco parts of Miami beach) just to make it more picturesque. Those brown bricks are so outdated and bland.

This is great. I never thought there would be an extension of the promenade given the increasing incompetence and corruption at the local council. The big question is who paid for it and how did they keep the costs down with the tendring process? I mean projects costing R2m get awarded for R200m sometimes. I guess a consortium of developers played a crucial part in multiple if this project and I hope that they didn't have to pay bribes to useless corrupt officials to realise this.
