Alright bro, now let me tell you one thing😅😅, unfortunately this is not the actual döner dürüm, this is basically an Arab swarma, donör dürüm means also swarma and the way of making both Arab swarma and donör is also similar to some extent but Turkish ppl has added a new dimension with the döner version which makes donör a bit different compare to the normal Arab swarma, now coming to the point, Turkish ppl especially in cafes to make the döner first of all their bread/roti is made with a bit oil and the bread will look like browny, now the inside ingredients, they use pickles, bbq sauce, their local cheese (totally different and it has a strong smell), their local mayonnaise(again their mayonnaise is totally dffrnt and has s sour and tangy flavour), fried potatoes, tomatoes and that's all.. And thn they wrap it which is called dürüm (wrapping in English) and when you finally take this inside your mouth, it's totally different and too good in terms of taste, what you have tasted here in Dhaka, it's similar like arab swarma but still i will say the original arab swarma has its own uniqueness and this fake döner can't even match the original arab swarma as well(since I've tasted the arab swarma many times in Malaysia so i know very well and the taste is damn good), and last but not least😅😅 they give you dürüm loaded saying it's a Turkish item? No way bro, in Turkey there is no dürüm loaded named food, it's wrong information but you can find certain fusion like this one in Turkey with dffrnt names but here in Dhaka they are like using the Turkish name and just fooling ppl around.. Btw i lived in turkey around 6 months so i know about their food and all these, during my stay in Turkey I've eaten more thn 150+ donör😂😂, cz the taste was freaking good and they have many varieties of döner, you'll love the original döner but this is all fake here in dhaka, it may has good taste but way behind then the original version, they are just misusing the name, uggghhhh
