I noticed that you had Enter The Gungeon in your gameplay footage. While being my favourite roguelite of its kind, to this day, the diminishing returns of its meta grinded to a halt. Mechanics like this have a tendency to burn the player out. I wish the developers would prioritize satisfaction over total play time hours.

Sounds about what I expected from the demo: it had really punchy, satisfying and strategic combat akin to The Ascent or Synthetik so I wanted to like it, but it didn't really give an impression of enough meaningful world design, story progression or build diversity to keep it appealing for a long time. Maybe pick it up on sale eventually, but with so many other roguelikes, hmm... Came here from your Gedonia review and I'm liking your nice and concise review style: keep up the good work!

i got this for few bucks on a sale, and wanted to watch a review to see if my gut feeling was correct. Basically from the first 3 missions I was getting a dreaded feeling that the runs were going to feel identical. That's the same problem I had with the dungeon crawling in Moonlighter. I felt like I was grinding to upgrade weapons to grind to upgrade weapons etc etc. Too bad

shotguns def op, u can one shot anything mid range to almost long range once u get a good epic to legendary shotgun. Quick fun game for a session or two

One of my favorite games on switch. I hate fps. I’m more of a gears of war, resident evil, sniper elite guy. This is the only game that feels like it belongs in that category. This game is very similar to hong king massacre except you don’t die after getting shot once. I bought rogue trooper redux and it’s was average. Dust and neon is more of what I was expecting

You should try if you commute, best on switch or steam deck if you had one coz each session is short and doesnt take too much game hours Its a fun cover shooter imo though it had some flaws

If someone frustrated with this game wait while u play TMNT splinter fate that game is more repeatitive than this one, Dust & Neon is way better than TMNT splinter fate, i will try this game for sure.
