This dude's UFC resume is BONKERS, and seems to be one of the most down to earth and coolest dudes there are in the sport. It is very hard to find someone with the wins that compare to Dustin's. You really need to take a look, and compare to other fighters that are in the "GOAT" talks, there aren't many fighters with as many tough opponents on their resume as Dustin. I feel really lucky to have been into MMA and watching UFC since early 2000's. Of all the fighters, it's very hard to not put Dustin on the very top of the list. I absolutely have loved watching this guy through it all.

Fucking love this confident, humble, loving husband and father figure side Dustin. This dude deserves this win and I pray to God he gets it. No one is more deserving than this guy and his last few fights have actually shown a massive growth in his game. After the mental warfare then actually physical war with Conor the second time avenging his loss to him, Dustin's game elevated to a level he's never achieved before and he just keeps getting better. So I'm so excited to see how he's going to perform especially after his fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov almost getting that guillotine and getting a sneak peak as no one has really had the chance rematching him and Islam is as close as you'll get. So add that with the progress and confidence Dustin has made since Khabib and Conor, I think that this is going to be fight of the year material or number 2 behind Gaethje and Holloway. Love Dustin's fighting style, always spectacular. Great boxing skills, beautiful to watch. On the other hand there's probably the most solid ufc fighter on the roster. Makhachev went down early in his career and that's a fact but his skills, his conditioning and moreover his fighting IQ got better and better fight after fight. Dustin cannot be counted out and there's a chance he can clip Makhachev's chin and drop him, but if I have to base my prediction on a rational approach, I have to go with the Daghestani for the win.
