I am Swedish so it feels very weird hearing Rythian speak Swedish, especially cuz he has a different accent from mine

i am danish and i find rythians swedish weirdly comprehendable. hes from that one bit of sweden thats right by denmark right? i think theres a stereotype where danish people are meant to understand swedish but its not true for me usually so its weird when rythian starts speaking Alternate Universe Danish

Well.. "Pick" in English sounds like the Danish "Pik", which means "Dick", so.. There's one for ya :p It's.. a lot.. when watching people play Minecraft :D

The word cut sounds like the dutch word kut which means cunt. Not as bad of a swear word in dutch though. It's mostly used kinda like fuck is in english. So yeah when I played pokemon as a kid I thought the move cut was pretty funny. (And no there was never a dutch translation so you just had to figure it out somehow lmao)

Kiss is a pretty funny word, since it's one of two words that can be used for pee in Scandinavia (or at least in Sweden, though I'd imagine that the same goes for our western and southern neighbours, who speak almost the same language, just with very different accents)

Zylus, Dutch is not an “older language” than English. That’s not how language works. All Indo-European languages are the same age.

It's true that Dutch isn't really older than English. It's not true that all Indo-European languages are the same age though. Latin is a Indo-European language, but it is older than say French and English, both of which are also Indo-European languages. Hittite is also Indo-European, yet it is somewhere between 1000 and 500 years older than Latin.
