And how and what are you gonna do with this info ? How on earth are you going to put most this to real world . Basically if you dint want to get pregnant but want to have sex … that’s about all . Endometriosis symptoms are surely cause by estrogen indeed but so what are you going to actually do ? And how will you know !

I’m not a functional doctor however, the practical applications and simplicity of your explanations in this lecture are chain breakers. This lecture puts it all together: liver phases, healthy gut (related to estrogen), and why & when to supplement calcium D-glucarate, DIM, and I3C. I don't have COMT mutation but I have MTHFR, MTRR and AHCY mutations which can all affect SAMe. So, I assume that could prevent detox of estrogen. I do have CYP1B1 mutation as well. Right now I'm pretty good: 83% 2-OH, 10% 4-OH and 7% 16-OH.

If you have high estradiol but already favor 2oh is it still ok to take DIM? And for how long before re testing?

I'm a 46 yr old man. Good shape. 190lbs My estrone and estradiol levels are normal but my estrogen total is over 950 on two blood readings. Gut issues with excreting estrogen perhaps? Any suggestions?
