The phd holder in Ghana will be asking a ghanaian passport holder in Europe to give him money to look after themselves.

NO cleaner makes or gets paid 42,000 euros annually in the Netherlands, NO WAY!! Though it is easier to use that passport to travel, it doesn't permit you to work in the traveled country, making you the same as one with a Ghanaian passport.

Where is your evidence for that? Have you heard of cleaners who work for themselves as in Registered Limited Liability Company? Also, with the Netherlands citizenship he CAN travel and of course WORK in every European Country, it is definitely and absolutely not permitted to do the same with just a Ghanaian passport without a visa.

he is now a dutch citizen he can walk day and night without fear of being deported, he can change jobs, he can go to school with dutch scholarships, the benefits are more
