I’m currently in a relationship such as this and NO, while it may seem that two people who function SO WELL together , that some clandestine “love” must be happening. It’s simply not true. It’s called “respect” for each other. Trust me. It took me a while to figure out why people questioned whether I was “fucking my boss”. Him and I simply work so well together. And yes, I would consider our relationship “intimate”. When you spend half a day with each other and the relationship works well, that’s what it becomes; he trusts me and I trust him.
