Hi! Just found your channel. Big thank you for what you do :) If I fill out the DS-260 form, can I be denied entry on already issued B1/B2 visa because of immigration intent? Is it possible that my or my spouse's non-immigrant visa application will be denied in the future because of immigration intent?

брат не зависимо от того в какое консульство ты пойдешь, ты из мостава Европы, тоесть твой номер должен подойти по критериям Европы, а насчет номера не волнуйся, думаю вероятность 70% что все получится

Hi Simon, my mom ended up getting selected for DV2025 but I realized there was a mistake with 'day' in her submitted date of birth. I searched on internet but ended up getting some confusing answers; some saying it straight up gets rejected and some saying its a minor mistake that can be fixed on DS-260. Your thoughts?

Let fill her DS-260 with the correct date of birth. If you made a mistake at initial entry with your date of birth you can correct it in your DS260

Accra are limiting the number of interviews they take and it is far too few. So - selectees in Ghana will lose their chances. It's unfair.

@@BritSimon I advise they transfer to Lome, Togo to save their cases because it's the closest embassy to Ghana and it's performing really good with a high enough approval rate as well
