Purchased 30x50 plot west facing, otherside properties, please help with video and plan with offser in two third lenth at south side. You are the one who makes extraordinary design and plans. Great design specially the elevation & color themes used in interior. Very Happy to see you giving balconies along with all bedrooms which is generally missing in most of your designs even with big plot areas. Also try to accommodate kitchen utility area in future designs as its becoming a necessity now a days.
