Super design DV studio team as always. Please consider my requirement. Plot size: 121 ft *45 ft (605 gaj) Requirement : G+2 with a size of 30*35 or 35*40, ground floor as complete parking with underground water storage and rainwater harvesting tank, area can be used for small parties and get together. The design of this particular video is super. If the same can be converted into a 3bhk. The top garden area can be covered with tin shade where solar panels can installed and also the rainwater drainage pipes from it connecting the underground tank for rainwater harvesting. Team expecting a super design from your side as usual. Kindly help Best regards

Ground floor...2bedroom attach bath, drawing room, Lobby sitting, kitchen, powder room and bar area. 1st floor....2 bedroom attach bath, balcony, small kitchen, sitting area/ Lobby and Puja room and excellent front elevation.
