Really happy to see and hear Dwight sound really good here. He is such a genuinely good guy you can tell. Who doesn't root for Dwight. And man, what talent he had. He was one of my favorite pitchers growing up. .... that curveball..wow. I loved his mechanics...Beautiful

Doc looks much healthier here. He definitely gained some weight. Hope he stays sober.

He may have had his off the field issues, but he was always one of the nicest guys in the game. Very accommodating to the media and fans. One of the very few Mets players in the 80s who was respected by the opposing teams and their fans.

This man was the best pitcher in baseball from 1984-1986! Just un hittable! Just threw too many pitches back then! The number of pitches he threw would never be allowed today! His arm was worn! Big reason for his decline in later years + the substance abuse! Regardless LEGEND!!
