The REAL Andy is an angry dumb narcissistic asshole. That has been his consistent character from the first episode he appeared to the last. Did you not see how he acted in the Stanford branch? Did you not see him exploding when Jim changed chairs with him? What about that cellphone prank when he punched a wall?

This might be controversial but I liked Andy up until the florida trip. Up until then I feel like he acted exactly how his character would’ve acted in a leadership position

@@GeorgeMonet Agreeably andy in his first appearance did act like a narcissistic kiss up. But after the character returned from anger management the writers really toned the character down to make the character much more funny and enjoyable to watch. Up until season 8 and 9 where the writers forgot what to do with andy after he became manager and they decided to just try to turn andy into michael.

Me and my friends from Asia do this kind of thing all the time when we drink, so in certain parts of Asia, when you "cheers" with a drink, it's polite to "cheers" your glass below the others persons, it's a sign of respect, but when the other person knows this, they will try to cheers below your glass. In the end, we're both on the floor trying trying to get lower than the other person. Battle of politeness.

I love how Dwight coming in with free food almost got Stanley to get up out of his chair. If this Bagels we're pretzels their would be a workplace homicide but at the very least Stanley would get his pretzels
