Like it or not, everybody have to listen Turkey because of the unique stratejic position between West and east. Everybody have to cooperate with Turkey as economicly and militarly. Otherwise all the plans will fail without support of Turkey at middle east. Also it is even very benefical to working with Turkey for other regions as economicly.

Oh and when the largest genocide since 1945 was being perpetrated by Western (and Chinese-) backed dictator Yahya Khan on the Bengalis in 'East Pakistan' in 1971 - the USA and UK also sent aircraft carriers plus the US 7th Fleet in a show of support for the perpetrator of the genocide. The supposedly Postcolonial, Postmodern West is showing that its still harbours the racist, colonialist mindset which dehumanizes non-European victims of neocolonialist aggression and even aids and abets it when it so desires.

I'm sorry but the translator did a very bad job at translating what erdogan said. 30% of what he said was not translated at all and sometimes the meaning of some sentences changed even if only a little. I know its difficult to translate when someone is speaking on live broadcast but honestly even I could have done a better job and Im sure there are plenty of people suited better for the job just waiting to be hired. There were some key points which she just did not mention at all. Although he spoke very fluently and eloquently Erdogan did not use very complex sentence structures and was straight to the point so it was quite a displeasure to see this translator struggle to keep up.

Erdogan speech translation. Erdoğan stated that the meeting will focus on commercial, political and military relations, especially the developments between Russia and Ukraine and finally the developments between Israel and Palestine. Pointing out that he likes to speak clearly and concisely, Erdoğan continued his words as follows: "I will speak clearly here too. Because the date of October 7 is described as a beginning. The period after October 7 is not talked about at all. As of now, 13 thousand Palestinian children, women and the elderly have unfortunately been killed. Besides, there is now almost no such thing as Gaza." There is no room left, everywhere has been destroyed. Now they are lying down, they are getting up, Hamas, Hamas, Hamas... Can Hamas's weaponry and power be compared to Israel's weaponry and power? Right now, Israel's nuclear weapons Is there any? There is, but if you ask Israel about this, they won't say 'there is'. Because they use lies very well. Along with all this, it is said that so much financial support is given to Hamas right now. So, is such financial support given to Hamas? Such a thing is mentioned "Is it the issue? No, there is no such thing. The support that should be given to Palestine itself is not given." Pointing out that in addition to all this, shooting hospitals and killing children is not in the Torah, Erdoğan said: "There is none of this in the Torah. You can't do it. You can't do it in the declaration of human rights. But as seen here, how are these children being shot? How are they being killed in hospitals? Will we stand with our hands and arms tied in the face of these? Will we never raise our voice against this? If our hands are here, If we remain handcuffed and tongue-tied, we cannot account for this to history. That is why we should not evaluate the Israel-Palestine war with a psychology of indebtedness. Look, I speak freely. Because we do not owe Israel a debt. If we were in debt, we could not speak so freely. But those who are in debt cannot speak freely. We did not go through the Holocaust. We do not have such a situation. Because our respect for people is very different. During my term as Prime Minister, I was a leader who took a stand against anti-Semitism for the first time. No prime minister in the world has ever taken this stand. But I did. At that time. That's why I did not take a stand against anyone. We have no debt." "Exchange of hostages" President Erdoğan stated that they will talk about all these issues during this trip, but the important issue they need to talk about is how to solve the problem. Emphasizing that it is important how much Turkey and Germany can contribute to the humanitarian ceasefire and how these steps will be taken, Erdoğan said: "Are we ready for this or not? A week later, Mr. Steinmeier is going to Israel. I made a request to him. I said, you hold on to one side, and we will hold on to our duty from the other side. The important thing is, let's achieve this humanitarian ceasefire together. I took this step." If we can achieve such a humanitarian ceasefire between Germany and Turkey together, we will have the opportunity to save the region from this ring of fire. It is called the exchange of hostages. Thank you, we are ready for that too. But when you say hostages, what is the number of hostages in Israel in terms of the number of hostages? On the other hand, what is the number of hostages in the hands of Hamas or Palestine? When we look at this, there are many more hostages in the hands of Israel. Hostages and prisoners for years are in the hands of Israel. We need to see this too. If we do not see this, it would be unfair. We We are up for all this."

Erdogan is a pragmatic leader. He changes his tone according to the audience. Believe me he does what his personal interest requires behind the curtains. He is in the pockets of western leaders although he seems to be a lion in front of cameras. Think of him like Sauidi kings whose domestic politics are the opposite of the west, but still they are allies. The west accepted the regime change in Turkey ,now they believe there is no chance of democracy in Turkiye. Thus they play the game according to the de facto status.

@@ferhatkpt.6128 Russia supports Iran, although not so openly. Russia and Iran are on the same side in the civil war in Syria. There is an embargo from the USA and western countries against Russia and Iran. Russia and Iran are together in the Shanghai organization. So, there are very similar characteristics and cooperation between Russia and Iran. I am someone who believes that Russia also helped Iran in its nuclear development process. The same Russia is also building a nuclear power plant in Turkey. Before Russia, Türkiye had made agreements with France and Japan for the nuclear power plant. But both France and Japan withdrew from the agreement. Most likely, there was pressure in the USA. Türkiye also turned to Russia for a nuclear power plant. In recent years, Turkey has also had problems with NATO and the USA. Russia is trying to cooperate in many areas to attract Turkey to its side. Türkiye is also trying to improve its relations with Russia in the same way.

We We are up for all this.”
