MMPRToys...the only fantastic folks that can take a dud like the Ninja Steel Morpher and make an incredibly entertaining video out of it. All these color variants are actually pretty cool in my book. Sure, it could be considered a cash grab, but it's not like we're not getting something rad in return...except with this morpher. 😂

Oh you can film outside in CA, if you have all of the proper permits, pay all the fees, have the right insurance, and hire some people to watch you ;) Then you can bake in the heat. What a joy! (It's so nice to be able to go out into such beautiful scenery and be left alone!!!)

I'm saddened by the quality of this morpher. Compare it to the SMF morpher and it's like nearly the same. Love the video regardless Bruno, Mia, and Jerry!

I thought the ninja fusion zord Was going to be it’s own thing, but it ended up being the combination between the ninja steel and bull rider.

I loved the slo mo at the end, super fun. I wish the morpher had more sounds and that the auxiliary zords were sold a bit better, but besides that i've liked the toys so far, and the shows been fine. I do have a request though for you guys, are you going to talk at all about Kyuranger, because i really love it and want to hear what you guys think about the show (because i know the toys are always coming 😀). Keep up the great work, and enjoy Oregon.

Just too many things going on right now. We're very behind on Kyuranger. Nothing against the show, both enjoying it, but I think we've only watched 3 eps so far. :-/ Hopefully we can get caught up soon. More toys are probably waiting for us back in CA too. (Very much enjoying Oregon) :)

Yeah, I get that. That's why I haven't been watching much of ninja steel. I think the shows been going quite well, and I'm determined to watch it through the end, because every time I try to watch a sentai I'll get like five episodes behind and then quit it. That's why I'm only now in about halfway through ninninger, and like 6 episodes into zyuohger. But don't worry about it, focus on enjoying Oregon and getting out of California. Oh, and paying rent and buying food, that's probably important too.

Real That Toku Guy No, even the Power Ranger toys aren't show accurate. For example the Dino Morpher toy from Dino Thunder doesn't lock its jaw. Abaranger's Dino Bracelet toy does. Watch MMPRtoys' comparison on the Gokai Celluar and Super Megaforce Silver Morpher. I'm just talking the basic things, nothing like the sound effects in the Japanese toys.

I loved the feel of this review. The issues with the morpher are clear, I don't mince words in saying it's one of the WORST we've gotten in years. But you made me laugh about them with a sort of fake positivity...this video was quite entertaining. And that slow motion video at the end! It was awesome.

I wish the Ninja Star Blade had the ninja star spin properly cause it didn't have the reader. But I still like it. I'm hold off on getting the morpher when it goes on sale or win it in a contest.

Target was giving them away for a little while. That seems to happen almost every year. The new stuff somehow ends up on clearance. :-p

ndwells I had an late idea. They should make a spinning mechanism for both the morpher And the blade. Here's how it works: You put the star, press a switch to make it spin fast (the switch is spring-loaded, so it'll come back to its place, it's at the lower right line of the X in the center (it could be on the lower left line too).) and when it says the star's name, press the button and BOOM!! A good idea. A late but good idea.

I still would have preferred it if the shuriken were compatible as megazord heads like certain Japanese shuriken looked like they were.

Not sure if the "glow" in the outside shots was done on purpose, it didn't look that way. Next time bring a lens cleaning kit in case it rains and use the lens hood for shots outside. Also, you could stop down the aperture a bit, f4 should do the trick. Keep up the good videos!

Thanks... this isn't a professional shoot though. Just a toy review done on our vacation with an inexpensive camera that fits in my pocket. There is dust inside the lens that can't be cleaned by me, the camera needs to be replaced. In that forest the sun shines super bright in certain spots while the rest is dark. There is no f4 on the camera we used.

Yes, I've seen you use small compact cameras while shooting your videos. Is that a personal preference? An aesthetic choice? I was under the impression your background was in filmmaking. What type of camera do you use for your indoor videos?

In the house (and depending on what we're doing) we use fancier cameras with more manual settings (and lighting). When you're on vacation and filming outside, you'll want to use something small and easy. The goal is to do it very quickly. In California, if you go outside with fancy looking equipment, the sheriff or park ranger will find you before you can even hit record. No reason to attract attention or spend time on camera settings. The picture quality of this video far exceeds "good enough" for what we were doing.

You guys are the best! I love the forest setting. It must be so much fun to shoot there. I am collecting the figures and zords but the rest not so much. This season annoys me so much!! The fact that they never heard of Power Rangers and they didn't believe Preston could do magic even though he had a drink floating in mid air.

The forests are incredible, and unlike in CA, nobody bothers us. Not sure what's doin' with Ninja Steel. They clearly tried to make it different and more fun than Ninninger... not the best season so far though. :-/ (Gold Ranger seems pretty cool at least)

Yes he does. It just bugs me when ridiculous things happen. I know its Power Rangers and I can except giant robots and all that. However, when the bully kids get caught in a giant fart ball and float away that annoys me. Bulk and Skull were slap stick goofiness but it was grounded in reality.

still think it's interesting how on the alien rangers star they put the red ranger up front when he wasn't even the leader of that team because delphine the white ranger was

That didn't really occur to me... I just imagined we'd see a red ranger on every red star, regardless of story on TV. Didn't Zordon say Tommy was the leader as White Ranger? Wasn't Jen on Time Force as much the leader as Delphine was..?

First before the negative great video as always Bruno. #teammia I honestly hate this morpher and the toy. I wish they made it spin better and they used the sword to morph. Why did they change that. Honestly I do not understand why did it but didn't change the gun. especially with all the bad press when it comes to guns.
