He's less a combiner and more like a giant weaponizer.

It's like the team is merely accessories for a giant robot. They should make an upgrade kit so you don't need the team to make menasor, that way you could display menasor and the team at the same time.

You know what they say, "the bigger they are, the easier optimus make them fall"

So basically Menasor just strap all his friends around his body like South Park's Operation Human Shield. "Are they really your friends?" Motormaster: "Well... They're more like accessories."

This is just like the old G1 time. Since G1, Menasor is the lazily-designed combiner IMO. All they did is Motormaster transforms into a big robot with skinny limbs, the other limbots just transform into vehicle modes then just slap them on the big robot, and those limbots dont seem like they were necessary at all.

Ahh, After all these years he's never changed, This, Future viewers from whenever in the future, is a youtuber who actually stuck to what he does best, There is not one review on his channel that does not make me laugh atleast once whether it be a skit at the end or one of his jokes! Nothing's more breathtaking than a MP-styled 3rd-party figure(s) that's super cartoon model accurate! As every individual copies are *personalized* differently for various collectors, this is an excellent Menasor :)

I got this today and knew exactly where to go so I wouldn't mess anything up. They seemed to address the ratchet problem in the thighs. Mine was nowhere near as tight. I didn't have time to get him completed combined before having to go to work, so I don't know about Breakdown's connection port yet. Ty for the videos. I love your channel.

The episode was the one about Cosmic Rust. The bug is the weapon that infects Bots with the plague of Cosmic Rust.

So the play pattern has gone from "Scramble City Gestalt" to "Powermaster Prime with Battle Masters (but without the little Powermaster dude)"...? It feels like you could just have all the limb-bots in robot mode and have them stand there with their tall, skinny friend who can reach stuff down from high shelves for them.

Not much a combiner but rather attaching them to a giant robot. :/ Although there is not much you can do with a robot such as Menasor who's really just cars attached to a giant body.

It was used in the Cosmic Rust episode, it generated heat... or something that made the Cosmic Rust progress more rapidly

Reminds me of that gobots combiner, where the robots were just the fill in and not the limbs themselves

I understand that this is G1 accurate, but I think that best combiners were the ones that made the boys the actual limbs, not just sticking cars on arms and legs and shoving the leader in the middle. It is like why, instead of having 5 bots that transform and a giant bot that doesn't. I maybe dumb but doesn't six bots fighting seem like a better tactic?

For those that love collecting g1 toon accurate bots, he looks great! That being said, you really can't complain about the design. I've personally never been a fan of it. The only area I find a serious issue with is that given the price. They could have given you a complete Menasor with hollow bots to combine with Motormasters trailer. This way you could display both the complete form and individual bots.

The adapter piece for Henry (Wildrider) to connect better is almost a must have in my opinion. How were you able to glue that back together? That's crazy. I have a couple of pieces that have snapped off of figures (Grapple's arm cannon) and I just can't get it to stay on with krazy glue. Maybe I'm not holding it in place enough, but i've never been able to fix figures with the stuff. Great review btw. Also, FYI, Fans Toys has said that they are releasing the combiner parts with there Dead End.

at least with TFM Havoc (yes, a IDW version) the rest of the mates were transformed to be the limbs and then attach the rest of the stuff...

That Megatron unhappy face reminds me of Fenella the witch from Chorlton and the wheelies soooo much...

So the only thing that actually transforms is part of the trailer? Leg bots just hide behind the trailer shins, motor master hides inside, and the arm bots get ripped in half and stuck on to what's left of the trailer. Got it. Hooray toon accurate shell formers. The cosmic rust bug is by far what I like best about this set. That's pretty cool.

I really like Atilla vs the rest of the Menasors out there. I think Im going to start collecting the set. I hope I can find a wildrider/Henry as he seems to be hard to find.

It looks great tho I do wish the arms for the trailer were fully painted red and yellow or at least had a bit more colour, since the grey looks pretty flat and there’s a lot of it. Or maybe a shinier grey or something idk

He does seem impressive, but does anyone else think Menasor is by far the worst looking G1 toon combiner? It just seems like an inlarged Motormaster with cars strapped on to his limbs.

I think the bug gun drooping upward is on purpose I only say that because usually when you put a gun on a combiner their arm droops down so I think they were worried about the gun being too heavy so had the barrel slope up... But his joints are tight so I don't really get why....

Never understood why his G1 animation design looked like a robot with the cars stuck on when the other combiners limbs were done normally. Its not like its based on anything about the toy. Its like a different person designed it. I guess it's true to that but it looks pretty silly to me. I guess there is alway a problem with scale if you make Motormaster the same size a Prime he becomes way bigger than other combiner leaders so what do you do with all the trailer?

not a fan of the combiner mode each team member a great individually but ti remind me zeta toy Kronos (Superion) where make a cube with silverbolt robot and push it on to au skeleton (who say part forming?)
