What a great looking bike park. I have an odd question that arose from you showing the recently felled trees: what kind of trees are they harvesting, and are they native species? If not, what were the original native species? btw I have family near Dyfi. Thanks!

they are planted as a crop, forestry, whatever you want to call it. its spruce so not really native but Wales is full of it!

Learn isometrics for core strength training… generate to become your own media platform, net to, / for race events, .. sorry just brain storming, won’t u and all urs t keep winning! Just like fighting/ boxing! Tell your team no sex before race day or during the training leading to the event ! That special energy is wat ur team needs t stay in them to win win!
