Hi all! In this video I use Renovo Soft-Top Reviver on my NC MX-5's soft top to hide some ugly adhesive seeping!! All in all, I would love to get the OEM color, but this budget black option looks great on the car and makes my wallet happy!

Looks good. I’ve bought the Renovo clean, colour and protect. 3 separate bottles. I’ve got a Fiat 500C with a couple of cigarette burns and very discoloured. It’s red and I’m redoing it red. Yours looks good. Hope mine turns out as good. Thanks for sharing.

good job, from brown to black on an old car, not easy to have it really dark

I have used this stuff on my black hood for years. Never seen it used to convert from brown to black. Would be interested to see if it lasts. To do the problem area partially drop the hood and you should be able to get into the gap.

May be able to hit it with a top conditioner to darken it.

How is it holding up in the sun/heat? Did it make the material hard or still soft?

I don't know how that will turn out my friend. I think for these types of dye its way easier to go darker than lighter. I say that because there is no sort of 'primer' if you will. With that being said this company does not have a white dye. Only black and blue.
