When Applying Color Always Apply on your ends first, then go back and put it on your roots. The Heat From Your Scalp Processes Faster which cause your roots to be brighter, in cosmo school we call it Hot Roots. Besides the technicalities It looks Bomb!!

@@aliciajackson8229 no do the hair without touching the roots first then go back & do the roots . The roots color quicker bc of the heat so you wanna do it last so the color can all be the same.

This is very cute 🙂 How long does the dye last ? I heard forever until you cut off I heard 8 weeks or a year or longer I want to dye my hair but scared don't want it on forever but don't want to use semi cause hair is to dark

It can be really messy! I recommend covering the surfaces otherwise they will get stained & it's really hard to clean up!😩 it happened to me, the stains are still there & it's been a month since I died my hair 😭

I used two boxes , I think I used 30 developer I got for 3 bucks at the beauty supply store, probably added a dollup of that but I don't think it's necessary, definitely added conditioner as I went along but that was a personal preference. My hair was also dark brown. I would say it's permanent though, I had it in for a year and would just redo the roots.

Clariol 40 volume developer, 4-6 boxes of the hicolor highlights brand. In the video I used 6 boxes but I feel like 4 was enough. So 2 boxes of red and 2 boxes of magenta will do.
