This week on the show, we are joined by former Essendon FC full forward, Matthew Lloyd. Lloydy is a 3 x Coleman medallist and 5 x All Australian. I spoke with Lloydy about his footy career, performance anxiety, being captain and his relationship with Kevin Sheedy and James Hird. This was a really interesting chat and I hope you enjoy it.

totally understand that comment, I dunno my favourite of these episodes are always the conversation that happens between the two of them. Dyl did an awesome job interviewing, but it was an interview more than a conversation. that's all.
