Unfortunately, It is one of the worst protein powders for health. It is loaded with artificial sweeteners and cheap aminos. I would recommend something else. You really have to educate yourself about them and not just go off taste. This is not a review of anything really.

@@patrickarthur26for bulking I would recommend incorporating these into your diet, oats, whole milk, whole eggs, 93% lean ground beef (percentage depends on your preference). Me personally I usually eat powdered peanut butter, but for bulking normal is better, also nuts are very high in fats and good protein. If you are really struggling to intake calories and protein (I used to do this during bulking seasons pre wrestling) You can wake up very early, eat some scoops of peanut butter or a non filling high calorie protein source (this is for very hard gaining) hope this helped good luck man 💯 👑
